Refund Policy
If you cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount for the relevant product within 5 business days.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, no fees will be charged for this refund.
Please note: for credit card payments, a refund may only appear on your credit card statement at the end of the month or billing cycle.
