Not satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that and would love to know what we can do to make things right for you.
You can return your order within 14 days, and we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days after receiving your return.
Easy returns in 3 steps
Step 1: Contact us
Send an email to support@vezora.co.uk There you can explain the reason for your return and receive the return form.
Step 2: Send back your order
Ship the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Please make sure to include a track & trace code with your package. You are responsible as the sender, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we will ensure the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.
