Ordering & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7–15 days to the UK. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This business model allows us to reduce costs and keep our prices fair.
The expected delivery time has passed — where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the estimated delivery time. Delays can sometimes occur during shipping.
If you haven’t received your package within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@vezora.co.uk.
I am missing items from my order, how is this possible?
Because we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped separately. If some products are missing, they usually arrive within 2–3 days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always 100% free.
Note: For certain promotional items marked as FREE, we may charge £6.95 for shipping to cover handling costs.
Exchanges & Returns
I’m not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Yes, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us at support@vezora.co.uk to request a return. We’ll provide you with instructions and the return form.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will refund your payment within 5 business days.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, the order will already be processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled. You may still return the product once it arrives.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@vezora.co.uk. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address.
Warranty & Product Issues
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
